What is a Marketing Funnel

Apr 6

What is a marketing funnel? Why is it important for every marketer to have one?

It's a strategy for marketing that you use to convince potential customers to buy your products. It's a sales method where a customer visits your website looking for information that can help to solve a particular issue. But, with the help of specific tools, you can be able to establish a relationship with each person who visits your blog.

This will allow you to better understand the needs of each visitor. This in turn will push you to offer the most accurate possible information for all visitors. Visitors is more comfortable purchasing your products when you have earned their trust. The visitor then becomes a client.

Many customers turn into loyal customers over time and will be more likely to purchase every product on your website. A marketing funnel includes all the steps needed to bring a frequent user of your site into a loyal customer and buy every product you offer.

This is the ultimate goal. A well-designed funnel will achieve this very easily.

Your marketing tools are attracted the attention of people and bringing them into the funnel. When they complete the PERSONAL form, they are automatically entered the funnel. Because nobody is going to opt-in on your business' lead capture page. I have declared it "personal". They are looking to become as a leader, not a business.

The lead capture page acts as the entry point into the funnel. By clicking the "Sign up now" as well as "Enter Here" buttons will open a new realm of network marketing.

The best thing is that they are qualified to do it. It's their decision. They don't have anything to offer you other than your leadership skills and mentor and as someone who can help them get more leads into their business.

This is how a typical marketing channel works.

On the "front-end" you have an offer that is free to draw and attract people who might have an interest to purchase your products further down the sales funnel. To get access to the product for free, users must sign up (also known as opt-in) and give their email address as well as name, and in turn they are added to your list of email subscribers.

Now you have those people on your list of email addresses and you can also send related offers to them that they may be interested in.

Signing up for the complimentary offer will take them to a page that has low-price deals or a "trip wire offer". It is here that they will be moving to your "backend" of your funnel.

If they purchase the bargain deal, they will be added to a second similar offer for a more expensive cost (normally known as an "upsell"). If the buyer purchases the higher-priced offer and is taken to another related product at a higher price. This can continue for a long time...
